ORDERS

Processing time for each order takes about 1-5 business days. During holidays or sales processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING

All items are sent First.class mail unless stated otherwise.  Allow 4-8 business days for items to be delivered after getting shipping confirmation.

RETURN TO SENDER

​

Items are sent back to us for one of two reasons;

​

• Wrong address

• Item wasn't picked up from USPS Drop off

​

It is the customers responsibility to contact us immediately by emailing Info@sjohnsondesigns.com when you haven't received an item, you are also responsible for the reshipping fee.

 

DELAYS & LOST ITEMS

We are not responsible for shipping delays, or lost items. Please contact USPS with tracking number to check on status of order.

RETURNS

​

All purchases made are final and not eligible for return or exchange, If item received arrives broken or is incorrect, please email Info@sjohnsondesigns.com with photo of item. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

​

Items are usually shipped 1-2 days after order is placed.  After 24 hours items can no longer be cancelled.
